What types of wigs do you offer?
We offer a diverse collection of high-quality human hair wigs, including our signature styles such as the 100% Brazilian. We lead with Brazilian Vixen hair with the others to accommodate. Peruvian, Cambodian, Armenian, Asian, Indian, Filipino, Hawaiian, Malaysian, Polynesian, Russian, Vietnamese and Burmese. The textures are from straight, body wave, water wave, Spanish wave, curly hair, coil curl, loose wavy, wet & wavy, kinky curls, kinky straight and the Burmese texture.
Are your hair made from raw virgin hair?
Yes, all of our wigs are made from raw virgin hair human hair. And the synthetic collection is made of human hair blend. We also offer grade quality Remy hair products to accommodate our customers who would prefer this hair type. This ensures that all human hair and wigs are 100% natural. As for the synthetic blend the wigs not only look natural but also maintain softness and durability over time.
What grade is your hair?
The best grade of raw virgin hair is typically characterized by its cuticle alignment, texture, and overall health. We provide great grade quality of 8A, 9A and our top grade premium is 10A.
Can I dye or style the wigs?
Our wigs are versatile and can be dyed and styled just like natural hair. This allows customers to customize their look according to personal preferences. Whenever they may choose to do so.
How long does shipping take?
After processing and preparing your order, which takes 3-5 business days, shipping typically takes an additional 5-10 business days, depending on the carrier. Please note that delays may occur within the delivery partner networks. Which can not guarantee accurate shipping times.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes, a signature will be required for all deliveries to ensure the safe receipt of your order. If you would prefer for someone to sign for your package other than yourself, please indicated it at check out listed in comments section upon entering their name and contact number and be sure they sign your name accommodated with from you per your permission and confirm this action in the space for this action. If it's a neighbor we will need the same including the home address of the signee.
What should I do if my wig is damaged upon arrival?
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective or damaged, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. However, we encourage all customers kindly to reach out to support for the assistance needed to start an initial exchange return. The fastest way to obtain a new item is to return the original wig and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the credit or gift certificate they will be applied to your account.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Certain items, such as worn or tampered wigs, custom products, and personal hair care goods, and tools cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.
